Prioritize Quick Start

Prioritize is designed to let you quickly enter data and publish it. 

Logging In

When Balancing Act staff create your account, you will get a password by email. Please be sure to use the login page that corresponds with your country: 

Creating a Prioritization

Click on the "Prioritize" button on the left and then "Create Prioritization" on the right.

Give your new prioritization a name:

Adding Content

You can add items via 1) Manually and/or 2) CSV Import

Manually 

Begin by entering the amount of "Available Funds" (this is the limit of what users can spend)

 Next, click "Add An Item"

This will show three sections. The "Name/Cost" is required, but your Prioritization will be more informative and visually inviting if you add details and choose an image.

All completed items will populate on your Prioritize dashboard

You can rearrange the order of each item by dragging and dropping each item box

CSV Import

If you have a number of items you may want to add data using a CSV file. Click on "Import" and upload a CSV containing your data

 

There will be a CSV import template available if needed

Customizing Your Exit/Entry Screens

From the "Exit/Entry" tab, you'll be able to implement questions that users see upon entry and when they exit, discover where users live and provide further context on the Prioritize platform.
 
There will be a set of pre-populated entry and exit questions
  1.       You can use the checkboxes to either include the question, make question required or repeat question on exit 
You can also create Entry and Exit questions by clicking on the "Create a Question" button

Activating a Prioritization

During the setup process, you can select the "Preview" button at any time to launch a preview of Prioritize containing all of the data/content entered. 

To activate your Prioritize, thus making it live, you can select "Activate". Once activated the system is live, but you'll still have the ability to make edits afterward. 



Your URL will be accessible underneath your project name.
